Front Desk Clerks:
Ocean Point Inn located in East Boothbay, ME in Lincoln County.
Temporary, Full-time, 04/01/2017-11/01/2017, at least 35 hours p/week, 5-6 days p/week, 7am-3pm and/or 3pm-11pm. Days and shifts may vary. (4) Openings. Will train to assist guests to check in and out of inn, assign rooms, issue room keys, process cash and credit card transactions, and make reservations. $13.30 p/hr or $19.95 p/hr for overtime as it may be available. No education or prior work experience is required. On the job training is provided. Transportation and daily subsistence to the place of employment at the start of the employment period, will be arranged for and paid directly by the employer or the cost to workers reimbursed by company check, if the worker completes half the employment period. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $12.09 per day during travel to a maximum of $51 per day with receipts. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12–week period of the total employment period. Employer will use a single workweek for computing wages starting Tuesday at 12:01 am and ending Monday at 11:59 pm and the employee will be paid on Thursday (weekly) by company check. H-2B workers will be provided with reimbursement by company check during the first workweek for visa, visa processing and related costs, except passport costs. All deductions required by law will be deducted weekly. Lodging may be available through employer. If housing is provided by employer, employee cost for housing is $50.00 p/week and is paid directly by employee to employer each pay period.

Food Preparation Workers:
Ocean Point Inn located in East Boothbay, ME in Lincoln County: Temporary, Full-time, 04/15/2017-11/01/2017, at least 35 hours p/week, 5 days p/week, Days and Shifts may vary. 9am-4pm and/or 3pm-10pm. (9) Openings. Will train to prepare food prior to cooking, slice meats, wash, chop, and peel fruits and vegetables, and clean kitchen area and equipment. $10.81 p/hr or $16.22 p/hr for overtime as it may be available. No education or prior work experience is required. On the job training is provided. Transportation and daily subsistence to the place of employment at the start of the employment period, will be arranged for and paid directly by the employer or the cost to workers reimbursed by company check, if the worker completes half the employment period.
